- The Great Outdoors, especially mountains and the coast (that's
why I live in Illinois!)
- Fishing - especially
with a fly for trout
- Music - rock (Oasis, Beatles, Dire Straits, Eric Clapton),
classical (Bach, Chopin, Mozart, Paganini), some folk.
- Reading - Darwin's diaries, novels by Dickens, Rutherfurd,
and good trashy spy movies for reading on the 'plane.
- Lying on the sofa and watching the tele'.
- Art: The paintings of Sussex artist Michael
Cruickshank
- Favourite Brew: King
and Barnes Sussex Bitter (unfortunately, not brewed any more,

brand: PGTIPs).
