COURSE DESRIPTION
450-2 Plant Geography. Plant distributions are examined from both
ecological and historical perspectives. Ecological topics include
analysis of limiting factors, occurrence of present biomes, and
examination of climate/plant interactions. Historical topics include
phylogenetic analysis, evolutionary biogeography, and paleo-floras. Two
lectures per week.
