Elements of Plant Systematics

CATALOG DESCRIPTION

The principles of plant classification including history, nomenclature, specimen collection and preservation, current systematic methodologies, and a survey of major plant families. Two lectures and four laboratory hours per week. Prerequisite: Biology 200b or equivalent.
